AZHPA FLYING SITE CLOSURES (7.9.21 update)

(Update: Coconino NF reopens July 6, Prescott, Kaibab and Tonto reopens July 7, and State Trust Land reopens July 9.) As of July 9, no current land closures are in effect and access to our flying sites is back to normal. Please note that even though open, Stage II Fire Restrictions are still in place in most state forests. More info at the links below.









Sites affected:

Mingus Mountain (Prescott National Forest) -Reopened!

Apache Maid (Coconino National Forest) -Reopened!

Humboldt Mountain (State Trust Land) -Reopened!

Merriam Crater (accessed through State Trust Land) -Reopened!

Mount Elden (Coconino National Forest) -Reopened!
