Rules/Scoring

• Distance will be measured from launch to the furthest point then measured back along that same line back to launch. This way you aren't penalized for doing a more difficult out-and-back or for coming back for an easier retrieve or safer place to land.

• Cumulative distance of your top 3 flights will determine your score.

• Track logs are preferred, but not required. We trust you and you're not winning anything. We all enjoy looking at them, so if you can, please upload them to Leonardo and submit the details via the link at the top of this page.

• All flights must originate in Arizona.

• All flights must be legal (airspace and site requirements.)

•All flights flown between January 1 and November 30, 2012 are valid.

Classes

• HG and PG (Edit: added a Stan Roberts category.) The past few years have had a lot of categories with only 1 or 2 registered pilots in each. This is just to promote fun, sharing of epic flights and new personal bests, and to get everyone to push what they've done in the past.

Awards

None. If you would like to donate stuff or know someone who would like to donate, that would be awesome! There is no entry $ to pay for prizes though.

I would like to note any Personal Bests, so if you get a PB... let me know in the description.

T-shirt. It would also be awesome if someone would like to design a t-shirt and name a price. I'll buy one and I'm sure others will too.
