Thank you for taking the time to help promote safety and be involved with the preservation of our sites. Reporting
a safety issue is one of the vital ways to help keep our flying sites
open and promote safety. The entire club appreciates you caring enough
to do this. You can be assured that your name will not be used or
reported in the event that the club needs to get involved in dealing
with safety issues that threaten our sites. We do however though,
require that you provide some basic information so that club officials
can contact you for validation or more details related to the safety
issue or site preservation issue being reported. Please be
