We're planning to be in the LZ around 8:00, saddle around 8:45, and on launch around 9:00. We are hoping for a ride up from one of the locals, ideally from the LZ, but if not, then the saddle. I'll leave the Yukon in the LZ.
If you're headed out there this morning, please ring me so we can coordinate: 520-906-4868.

Aaron from Tuscon flew his first flight off S Mntn and had a nice quick flight....After about an hour or more of all of us yakin I decided to be the next wind dummy since Randy wasn't there to do it. Timed the cycle wrong....sunk out. Brad launched 2nd hooked one nicely and flew to Casino or just short of it I think....Sean timed it wrong...sunk out...Tuscon John launched next and worked a thermal for a bit then landed.....followed by Airtime Andy who worked the house thermal as well as could be then landed. When we got back to launch it was L and V with sick cummis above launch.....me and Sean made the mistake of debating it and it went OTB.

Yeah, yeah, yeah. Off my game today and my inability to make decisions made me fly like crap. North range was on and I even spent time in big ears. Lift was so abundant I couldn't decide which thermals to turn in and which ones to ignore, whether to go to casino or land at cart track, etc. ( :-({|= ...I know... but it's still frustrating as a pilot.) However, once I got to the end of the range there was nothing but sink. Even w/ the 700fpm down I was in I easily had casino on glide, but decided to try to get back to the lift and land at the cart track. Dirted before getting back to lift #-o. Had to hike back to the casino.

On the positive side, Sean made $80 at the blackjack table :ps30: . Thanks for the ride Sean!
